Team Global Express are the largest Intermodal logistic company in Australia & New Zealand. With previous associations with Toll, the move to new premises in St Kilda road was an opportunity for the business to showcase its own identity, bring people together across the multiple locations and reinforce the company’s strong values.

The new workplace is professional but with inherent character and personality reflective of the culture. The design aesthetic supports a Sleeves Rolled Up philosophy. Everyone in, striving together as ONE team..

On arrival,  a dynamic digital display brings a strong cue to the brand and the day to day experience of the Workforce- showing the tracking and coverage of the fleet in real time  as it moves across the country.

The new workplace brings together a sustainable approach to re purposing existing elements where practical,  overlayed with a new warmer base. juxtaposed with bold colour accents and graphics to key focal areas to represent the energy of the new brand.

Shared spaces create a community feel and bring people together. The ONE team approach to planning, creates a more enriched hybrid workplace offering greater diversity of work settings around collaborative interactions and individual work. Teams work within and across neighbourhoods in an agile working model supported by a high level of quiet spaces, VC rand phone rooms. Touchdown spaces encourage people from other locations to drop in and feel part of the larger team.

A greater appreciation for personal wellbeing was a focus and the design underpinned by healthy work initiatives like sit to stand desks, plants, good accesses to natural light and spaces for  personal respite, prayer, and for parents.
