LEK partnered again with Linear Design to move from their existing premises at Exhibition Street to the Rialto building on Collins street. 

The overarching look and feel is boutique, uniting commercial design with hospitality cues and striking a balance between work and play. Importantly, this workplace is a place with community spirit and connection.

Furniture pieces and materials bring the softness and luxurious textures synonymous with hospitality. Colours are inspired by the palette of the views outside as the colours of the city scape change from day to night. Soft pink hues, warm golden tones, olive greens and navy highlights. The design creates a more enriched hybrid workplace offering greater diversity of work settings around collaborative interactions and individual quiet work. Spaces for side chats, communal gatherings, workshopping and client entertainment.

Linear was engaged to Project Manage the entire process from Workplace Strategy through the ECI tender to final handover. 

The design is underpinned by healthy work initiatives like sit to stand desks, plants, good access to natural light and spaces for personal respite, prayer, and for parents. A greater appreciation for personal wellbeing is incorporated throughout
