Linear have successfully completed Growthpoint Properties Australia  latest hybrid workspace in 101 Collins Street in 2022.

The business has continued to thrive and the new workspace responds to increased growth and a desire to bring people back together in a space that encourages genuine social engagement. Growthpoint have placed people at the heart of their response to their return to the workplace. Key drivers were to support a genuine sense of community, provide choice and flexibility and  maintain their ONE team philosophy.Importantly, Growthpoint wanted to bring people back to the workplace and engage a productive workforce.

People have missed genuine interaction and time spent together face to face. Central to supporting this was to create a large breakout space themed around  a bar to provide a vibrant and energizing community space where people love to go. The hybrid model adopted places greater emphasis on increasing collaborative spaces  and technology enabled rooms as teaming becomes the key focus of time spent in the office.

Central to the concept was to showcase their core business of property.  A selection of materials and finishes reflective of the construction industry supports these visual cues throughout the fitout. Australian  sourced blockwork, bricks ,timbers, workstations and furniture feature prominantly with a very deliberate focus on sustainable products and local suppliers.
