Botanicca Spec Suites

Botanicca is one of Victoria’s largest campus-style business parks – a distinctive setting bordered by the Burnley Gardens and the Yarra River, where the landscape is as much a part of the address as the building itself.

Linear once again partnered with Growthpoint to design three individual spec suites on Level 3, each tailored for small to mid-size businesses seeking a considered, ready-to-occupy workspace.

The design takes its lead from the building’s architectural language – strong contemporary lines balanced with curved forms, and bold black framing with reeded glass as a defining feature across all three tenancies. The palette is deliberately restrained: neutral and monotone, allowing the natural landscape beyond to become the focal point. Each suite carries its own subtle identity, moving between soft eucalypt greens and deep, dark blues in key feature spaces.

Every tenancy is designed to support the way modern teams work – with a variety of settings and furniture that encourages flexibility without sacrificing character.
