L.E.K. Consulting engaged Linear Designs to assist creating our new office space at 8 Exhibition Street in Melbourne. Alex and Kelly were with us each step of the way, starting with choice of location and floor plate, through the design and working with builders and other specialists to deliver the stunning new workspace.
For our firm, the move was more than a change of address – it encompassed creating a space to accommodate new ways of working, encouraging innovation, teamwork and flexibility. Alex and Kelly understood the brief, and together we delivered the outcome because they helped to engage the whole office team in new solutions and navigating the change.
