    I have had the pleasure of working with Alex and Kelly from Linear on three recent Golder Associates projects. They completed our Port Melbourne office in 2011, and went on to complete our Adelaide office of 3000m2, only recently opened at the beginning of May 2014. During this time they also undertook the relocation and redesign of our Newcastle 1000m2 office, complete in November 2013. While the Linear team are based in Melbourne they undertook the remote locations with ease and never once compromised us the client or the design vision. Regular site visits were established from the beginning of the project and the commitment and dedication to each of these interstate projects was outstanding. Both Kelly and Alex are very approachable and had great rapour with all of the Golder team members throughout the design and on site process.

    All projects have been a huge success for Golder, each with their own design feel, but brought together with an overarching design concept developed by Linear. I would have no hesitation in recommending Linear for any Interior project, either in Victoria, or indeed interstate.

    I worked with Alex and Kelly from Linear Designs and Mick from Corporate Fitout Solutions on a corporate office design and fit-out project for ESTA in late 2013.  I found the team to be a talented, professional partnership that produced a wonderful new home for ESTA’s Support Office.  Alex and Kelly worked well with business leads and the Executive team winning us over with their creative and clever ideas.  Once a design was established, Mick delivered to perfection.  I have no hesitation in recommending Alex, Kelly and Mick for a corporate design and fit-out project.

    Kelly and Alex helped guide us through a process we had no expertise in, in a way that was intelligent and engaging. Using Focus Groups helped us get maximum buy in from our staff throughout the design journey. The overall design result is “on brand” creating a space that is aligned to our vibrant and innovative culture. Linear worked with the Base Building Architect and were able to integrate almost all engineering services components, which meant we were able to meet our budget but compromising quality of the outcome in any way.   • Ashurst Canberra

    Linear Designs was engaged to design Ashurst’s new Canberra office in Civic Quarter, allowing Ashurst a more contemporary and flexible working environment to benefit its people and clients.  The design represented the first fully flexible workspace in the global network for lawyers and staff.

    Moving the Canberra Team to a new way of working not only involved a detailed design process, but a consultation and collaboration process that was extensive and at times challenging.  The Linear team really worked closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to achieve a beautiful and workable environment that is a standout in the Ashurst network and the Canberra business precinct.

    The new office features the latest technology, specially designed meeting rooms, collaborative break out and staff recreation areas that Linear advised on and designed, again working with the external providers to ensure the delivery of state-of-the-art facilities and consulting with internal expertise to maintain and lift standards across all dimensions of operations.
