The need for greater connection, & efficiencies between their people and sites was the key driver in the relocation of ESTA Head Office from Spring St. to Tally Ho.
The move allowed ESTA closer alignment with their business objectives and provided the opportunity to make cultural change through an Activity Based Workplace solution.
Linear worked closely with ESTA within a very tight program to establish key workplace principles and objectives, and have them moved into Tally Ho within a 7 month period from briefing through to project completion.
For ESTA, an ABW workplace provided their people with more opportunities to interact with different people across the day including making their executive team more accessible o the broader ESTA community.
The planning solution provides a variety of spaces, supported by mobile technology solutions, that allows people to work autonomously, collaboratively, quietly or privately. Community based neighbourhoods were developed around different workstyles – Collaborative, Focused and Quiet. There are no offices and no dedicated workspaces except for individuals identified for technical purposes.
Individuals are given the freedom to choose a work space within a neighbourhood to suit the task they are doing at that particular time – whether it be a quiet haven, focused or collaborative. This may change throughout the day as their tasks change.
“Home zones “ are located throughout the neighbourhoods and provides a base for their people with lockers and team storage.
The overall look and feel aligns with ESTA’s brand and reflects a professional, connected and efficient workplace.
